New Job At St

I started my new job for one week liao.. This week is honeymood period...Don't really get to start on working for drawings.

As they using pro e 2000i which i never use it before...This old man is drafterman and working for many years.. And i was caught in between the drafterman and my supervise...

Last week he talk on the phone and talk very loudly to let my big boss know.
Why hire which no pro e software knowledge?
Why interview people never get me involve?
Why hire gal not guy?
Why only know autocad not pro e?

He want someone know the software to help me to share the load not give him trouble to teach me and not benefit for him. Just abit hurt when i hear this and feel uncomfortable but i understand how he feel but i trying my best to find the information and i trying to learn from scratch...

Hope he can give me sometime to practice so i can help me....
