A straight forward moive. Effect of a super storm working together with high tide causes a major flood that not even the Barrier could stop . The movie jump into the flood as soon as it start. Not as exciting as I thought it would be, didn't really glue me to the seat. Even so the special effect is good, it did not show the full devastation, the effect show powerful the water flow into the city, a few body float here and there and that's about all. I like the father and son story behind the moive, kind of emotional to me. And it does show how hard it is to make certain decision sometime. Still I would give it a miss.
